One of the most visited restaurants in the loop area, Rivers's cuisine has changed frequently and the characteristic feature of the food is the confluence of Continental and American cuisine. Guests can dine at the open deck during warmer months. Rivers House Salad with Mesclun Greens and Char Grilled Veal Chop with Creamy Polenta are fresh and inviting. But do start with the Roasted Corn Soup, which is twice worth its price . The dessert options range from Tiramisu to Flourless Chocolate Cake. Single Malt Scotches, Port and Sherry wines make for a good accompaniment.
