The cuisine is American but it doesn't stick to the regular steak with tomato gravy and mashed potatoes. When you see the grilled rib eye steak with sautéed mushrooms and Manchego ravioli with goat cheese, you realize it is a pity that the hunger can be satiated. But make way for the signature Southern fried chicken after the Clam and sweet corn chowder soup. Furthermore, plenty of Californian wine from the Napa Valley has found its way to Rushmore in Chicago.
