This is one of the most popular late-night spots in Chicago - located right underneath Metro, Chicago's venerable rock venue. Each night, Smart Bar features a different type of music, from jazz to rock. There is no cover charge during the week, but the place is almost as lively as it is on the weekend since each night features a different and unusual theme, such as "Noir Night."
