A non-smoking, American cuisine restaurant is what Sola is about at a glance. But further probing reveals a superb menu, borrowing flavors from Hawaii and Asia, including the likes of Honua Stir Fry, Brandade, Okapakapa, scallops, crab cakes, salads, and a delectable cheese platter. Wines from Alsace, Pfalz, Piemonte, Sonoma and Loire do the rounds. The decor, presentation and courteous staff leave guests pleased as punch.
