Smiling down on you as you dine is a picture of the Dalai Lama. His gentle grin matches the extreme friendliness of the staff and the uncluttered and unpretentious food on the menu. With only 10 tables, though, waits can stretch past an hour or more. Once you do get to sit, start your meal with either Potato or Meat Dumplings, which can be served boiled or lightly pan fried.
