This restaurant showcases the talents of renowned chef, Rick Tramonto, and the legendary desserts of Gale Gand. Arrive for your reservations early so you can indulge in some lovely champagne-by-the-glass at the bar. Jackets are required, but do not worry about any snob factor; just sit back and enjoy an evening of luxurious, detail-oriented, classy dining. The restaurant offers three innovative prix-fixe meals, but you are free to add or subtract accordingly. Menus include such delicacies as Fish Tartar, Caviar, Soft-Shell Crab, Black-Truffle Risotto, Braised Oxtail, Rack of Lamb and Dessert Souffles.
