One of a chain of Alcotini shops, this branch carries a well-known line of NewTech computers. AmiTech PCs are reasonably priced and come with a three-year warranty. You can put together your own dream PC. There is a wide selection of accessories at very reasonable prices. The only credit card accepted is Dancard. The only hardware sold is for games-graphics cards, CD-ROM drives and modems. Complete PCs are sold from their hardware branch 50 meters down the street. You can order online. Their NewTech clones contain quality components and when a new top model is released it usually scores well in benchmarks tests. Several times their products have gained top scores when tested by Danish PC magazines. There is an Internet shop at the above web address with a good selection of hardware accessories and software. There are three branches within the Copenhagen area, the second at Amagerbrogade 55 (2300 Copenhagen S, tel. +45 32 54 2154) and the third in Lyngby (Lyngby Hovedgade 46, 2800 Lyngby, tel. +45 45 93 9888).
