What do you call a bar, a delicatessen and hairdresser under one roof? Well, right, a circus! And that's exactly what the owner chose to call this peculiar Trinity of shops on Rosenvængets Allé. Standing in front of the complex you won't know what to think, but once you step inside you will discover that there is logic behind this Monty Pythonism. As you enter the delicatessen, which is in the middle of the Circus complex, a smell of something southern meets you. Is it the sausages? Is it the cheese? The hams, the olives, the open wines or just the pure smell of handpicked quality? It is obvious that in this house food is treated with all the respect it deserves, and the customers love it. The row of delicacies seems never-ending and the service is nice and careful. Remember to order a sandwich before you go next door to the hairdresser on the far right. Sit down, relax and treat yourself to a haircut that is oh so Copenhagen. The hairdresser is young and charming, and knows your hair better than you probably do. 45 minutes later you are ready to walk to the other end of Circus where your lunch date is waiting at the bar.
