Chain Of Bookshops |
Nørrebrogade 163 Copenhagen 2200 Denmark +45 35 85 52 77 |
Bog & Ide is a large chain of bookshops spread all over Denmark. As the name indicates, the Ide part (stationery articles) takes up a good half of the shop. This branch is on Nørrebro, the part of Copenhagen northwest of Søerne and it is one of the larger ones. The shop is an ordinary Danish bookshop, but because of its size, the selection of books is rather good. There aren't any specialities, but both fiction and non-fiction are widely represented in the shop. The assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Fun Ideas |
Fælledvej 18 Copenhagen 2200 Denmark +45 35 36 40 18 |
Kaj + Zitta is an alternative children's clothes shop on Nørrebro, the part of Copenhagen northwest of Søerne; alternative in the sense that it is fantastic and magical. This is a very small shop filled to the brim with fun ideas and weird accessories, designed to bring joy to the minds of children. The business was opened in 1995 and is perhaps even more popular with its main customers, children, than with their parents. The founders, two seamstresses, have really succeeded in creating an exciting treasure-chest of special items for children of all ages - including those past 40! Imagine scull balaclavas and the pretty dresses spotted all over with small pieces of candy. Review © 2007, Wcities |
