Amager Hospital is a local hospital under HS, the Society of Hospitals in the Metropolitan Area. It has special departments for different illnesses, and they are situated on 6 different addresses in Copenhagen. Four departments on north west Amager, and two in the inner city. Special diseases are refered to other hospitals where such ailments are treated. The hospital has specialised in psychiatry. Amager Hospital has an emergency ward.

Depending on preference you can choose from a smoking or non-smoking car, with or without air conditioning. Amager-Øbro gladly serves for special events, such as weddings, food-delivery, or your own private code to order a taxi without waiting on the phone. In Denmark, it is generally expensive to take a taxi.

Here, size definitely does matter as the building boasts a 70,000 sq. ft. shopping area with rare European antiques of almost any style and age. The price range is mid to high-end. The shop specialises in Chinese antiques, being best known for its Chinese furniture and wedding objects in red and black. As well as these oriental objects you will find a large selection of Danish antiques from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. You can pay in cash, cheques or with Dancard.
