Al Biernat, formerly with The Palm, created this popular see-and-be-seen eatery. Biernat's has been refurbished in muted earth tones with soft lighting. The ceiling mural is breathtaking. Owner/chef Al Biernat is likely to greet you personally, but if he doesn't, the excellent wait staff will treat you like royalty. The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade Sauce is a tasty way to get things started. A long time favorite, Al's Salad, with hearts of palm, avocado, shrimp and crab, may be the best salad you've ever had.
