For 15 years, owners Mario Perez and Alfredo Trattoria have presented Dallas with Italian-style comfort food. The dining room is decorated with rosy peach walls, etched mirrors and high-backed chairs. A separate bar has a few tables for grabbing a casual bite or sipping a drink. Alfredo Trattoria's specialties include meltingly tender osso buco, Scallopine de Vitello al Dottore (breaded veal in marsala sauce), Linguine Fra Diavolo (pasta with shrimp, scallops, and crab) and Farfallette di Quattro Formaggii (a treat with its sinfully rich four-cheese sauce).
