Celebrity chef Stephan Pyles has designed an amazing menu embracing the Southwest Cuisine for which he is renowned. Located inside the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, the menu at Ama Lur features dishes influenced by Native American, Spanish and Portuguese cultures, some of the most well received foods include tapas, tamales, tacos and a variety of beef and seafood-based dishes. The ambiance makes one feel they are in the heart of the Texas Hill Country as they dine within the Southwest themed atrium.
