Italian dining in a restaurant that will make you think you are in New York. This small, narrow restaurant is a terrific choice for intimate Italian cuisine. The dimly-lit cafe is full of brick alcoves that showcase art. Busy evening hours are very exciting, as the shoulder-to-shoulder conversations create a very New York-style atmosphere. Favorites on the menu are lasagna, Chicken Aristocrat (a grilled chicken and fettuccine dish) and scrumptious wood-fired pizzas. Save room for dessert, the owner's mother prepares fresh pies and cakes. The Lemon Icebox Pie sells out nightly and the Italian Cream Cake is the perfect ending to an excellent meal.
