Beijing is a small contemporary Chinese restaurant in Plano, with scarlet booths adding to the Chinese-influenced ambiance. Specialty dishes include delicious Scallops and Shrimp Hunan-style, succulent Moo Shu Pork and peppery Kung Pao Chicken. Fried Dumplings are very fresh and Barbecued Pork Ribs are a balanced texture between chewy and tender. The chef's specialty is Two Delicacies, which features big, juicy prawns incorporated into two piles of stir-fried cashews in a light chili sauce artfully presented on one platter.
