Owners Julie and Alex Lee offer only the best sake, including sake margaritas and sake martinis. Service is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The Blue Fish sports a colorful decor, not the black-lacquer-and-wood found in many contemporary Japanese eateries. The menu offers sushi as well as Japanese and Amer-Asian dishes. Try the signature Tiger's Eye sushi, Donburi rice bowl dishes, Yaki (skewered snack meats), or Robata (wood-grilled) items.
