There's something soothing about Café Miso that makes one want to linger over their sushi meals with rolls named after every local professional sports team. While the sushi is excellent, some of the cooked dishes take star attraction. The Calamari Crunch Roll is unexpected but works brilliantly, the Plano Roll is filled with soft scallops and salmon across the top. There are many sushi samplers to choose from including the six-piece combo to the 20-piece. An option from sushi is the meats prepared on the hibachi grill including filet mignon.
