Canton's Western Chinese foods bring your taste buds to new frontiers. The restaurant's special Bitter Melon Beef and Mustard Soup with Shredded Pork is an excellent choices. Other popular dishes include Kung Pao Squid, Chicken with Black Mushrooms (chunks of delicious chicken and dried mushrooms in ginger gravy) and Sesame Chicken. The Wonton or Hot and Sour soups are delicious. Shrimp fried rice is a good addition to any meal.
