Chef Peter Yamamoto offers both Americanized (California roll) and Japanese sushi and sashimi and has recently added a robata grill for charbroiled selections. Service is gracious, and Chaya Sushi offers a full bar to complement the food. A rose-colored interior is accented with black glossy trim. The window coverings are always down, immersing you in your dining experience. The sushi creations here have been labeled works of art by local critics.
