Cuquita's, in East Dallas, serves authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes from sun-up to sun-down. And like many early morning eateries, Cuquita's features a range of greasy dishes. The staff is bilingual and friendly and homemade tortillas and fresh-squeezed lemonade are a good reason to visit Cuquita's. The vast menu includes everything from basic enchiladas to beef tongue.
