If you ever wanted your harmless little furry dog to scare someone just once in your life, then this is your chance. An annual event inspired by the Halloween tradition, your pet can be dressed up in a scary costume and shown in the competition. The Fright Fest Pet Parade accepts most animals and even cats that are tolerant enough to hang on to their costumes. However, for reasons concerning safety, you have to have your dog on leash.
