Although there's steak, salads, seafood, prime ribs, sandwiches, desserts on the menu, G.F. Prime tries to create a space that is different from the regular "steakhouses". An effort has been made to infuse it with light energy and dynamism. Professional musician and owner Tim Georgeff has paid attention to intricacies and used contemporary artwork, lots of red oak, clever lighting, and stained concrete floors for the decor. A visit here is a waste if you don't opt for steak, but if food is not on your mind, then head to the bar - resplendent with three plasma TV screens and a seating area studded with a fireplace.
