This quaint restaurant is located in the Bishop Arts District, a collection of shops, restaurants, and services in historic North Oak Cliff. When South Dallas residents want home cooking without going to all the trouble, they go to Gennie's. The restaurant is only open for weekday lunch, and the crowd builds quickly, so go early for best selections.
