Hibiscus focuses more on quality than quantity – although it offers a one page menu to its guests, all dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients and natural flavors. The meat dishes are so well cooked, the food literally melts in your mouth. Try Spit-fired Cut Spare Ribs for main course and ask for Blue Cheese Polenta as a side dish. The restaurant also has a small bar, where you can stop for a couple of drinks before or after food.
