A combination of old and new German fare yields modern tastes reflective of the changing times in the originating countries. The stylish decor is subdued. Specially chosen art pieces are gracefully hung to replicate a vacation experience. Menu selections include a sauteed veal cutlet in a brandied mushroom cream sauce, which is served with spaetzle (tiny dumplings). The grilled pork loin is topped with caraway gravy and served with red cabbage and fried polenta. Sunday Brunch is outstanding. The menu is revised to offer a la carte options for greater variety.
