If the urge to eat out hits you while visiting Dallas, consider dining at Local, the popular eatery at Elm Street. You will simply love the experimental American dishes by chef and owner Tracy Miller, who ran a catering business from the spot for several years. Order the Champagne Slurry or one of the sumptuous wines, to wash down the Grilled Salmon or the Pork Tenderloin. The historical building, where the restaurant exists, was built in 1908 and housed the Boyd building. The restoration and the design have given it a look that will enhance your dining experience.
