With 20 years of experience cooking in Vietnam, Hong Kong, New York City and Dallas, Chef Wong (Phat Huynh) is sure to prepare something to whet your appetite. The setting of Mei Mei is warm and welcoming and the name in Chinese means "delicious." Neon welcome signs and holiday lights cast a warm glow on the dining room. Chinese specialties include Hunan Chicken (light and dark meat chicken, corn, broccoli, carrot, snow peas and onion) and Szechuan Pork (bite-size pork pieces, carrot, green bell pepper and onion).
