Chef Todd Nelson handmakes his pasta in this very upscale Italian restaurant. You are bathed in elegance with a modern twist on old Italian architecture. The back wall is glass and overlooks a lake with live waterfowl. Although the menu is not swimming with seafood choices, one stands out - the Pesce Spada al Salmoriglio (Grilled fresh swordfish) is cooked Adriatic style.
