Housed in a pre-prohibition brewery, this Massive brick restaurant maintains a cozy atmosphere through its multi-level dining rooms and quaint setting. The snow white table cloths contrast sharply with the rustic building and the host and wait staff is well trained. The recipient of an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator in 1998, Newport's offers special wines including Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Reisling. Appetizers are a meal in themselves. If you're feeling a little adventurous, try the Seafood Gapacho Cocktail.
