This Seattle-based chain, which opened in late 1997, has revived the Crescent Court Hotel complex's social scene. Home to hip young urban professionals, Palomino's great food and lively decor. This swank bistro is full of Euro-style columns and marble. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Begin with an out-of-the-ordinary appetizer such as the thick and delicious Portobello Mushroom Soup. Signature dishes include Roasted Garlic Chicken with Pancetta (Italian ham), Butternut Squash Risotto with roasted baby pumpkin and Roasted Seafood Ravioli.
