Owner Jean-Michel Sakouhi and Chef Victor Garcia's distinctive personalities are reflected throughout the decor, as well as the menu. The Parisian landscape wall murals and subdued French love songs set a romantic mood. Le Paris Bistrot serves classic French food with Mediterranean touches. House specialties include Duck Confit, Escargots with Mushrooms, Salmon Napoleon, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Pommes Frites, Open-face Apple Tart, and Chocolate Mousse. A mostly French wine list includes several good values.
