Riccardi's is located at The Quadrangle and provides a nice study in contrasts: excellent Italian food without the pretentious high prices. Appetizers include an excellent Carpaccio made of think slices of raw tenderloin, shaved Parmesan and a light drizzle of olive oil; another selection is the Stuffed Quail which features chopped pistachios and Italian sausage. For entrees, it is hard to surpass the Chicken Cordon Bleu filled with fontina cheese and prosciutto or the Rack of Lamb with cannelloni beans, also outstanding. Desserts include Spumoni, Cappuccino Pie or Grand Marnier Soufflés.
