Owner Carlos Trejo has good experience in the use of seasonings. His house specialties are designated by the restaurant's name, as well as in the name of the entrees. Pasta alla Rigatoni is sturdy, tubular noodles in a ham, bacon and cream sauce. Scaloppine alla Rigatoni is updated with portobellos, a delicious wine sauce and paper-thin veal slices.
