This Colorado-influenced brewpub offers a well-executed menu of entrees and appetizers. Due to its popularity, Rock Bottom Brewery can often be crowded. The restaurant caters to young professionals, as well as couples and singles. Live rock music is available several nights a week and every weekend. The staff is well trained and friendly.
