Owner Fateh Javed has chosen a Richardson Heights storefront for this four-star restaurant. The cuisine is loaded with bold spices that enhance the foods without being overpowering. Interior decoration is contemporary Indian in design. The vegetable platter with Pakora (fried vegetables) and Samosa (crisp turnovers) is a wonderful dining delight. Remember to try the Naan (breads) and anything else offered from the tandoor oven. Specialty dishes include Malai Kofta (cheese-and-vegetable dumplings) and Keema Dosa (lentil-flour crepes with minced lamb).
