National acts perform at Starplex regularly during spring, summer and fall. The music amphitheater is bowl-shaped and similar to the Shoreline Amphitheater in California. Reserved seating is offered underneath the stage awning. Other seating (bring your own chair) is available on the lawn. The music center draws major acts such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, LL Cool J and Van Halen. Numerous festivals are held here throughout the year as well.
