One of Hotel Lumen's hidden jewels is its restaurant, Social, sitting snugly adjacent to it. Hearty, all-American fare is what patrons are treated to here, with courteous charm in a plush setting. A long wood bar helps break the ice with fellow diners, and the recommended starter is the Brie Macaroni and Cheese. Healthy garnishing dresses up each dish and ordinary names on the menu, such as the Seafood Gumbo and Grilled Scallops provide some unique tastes with the aid of sausages, okra and rice. Ask for the Damn Good Fries that are self-explanatory, alongside helpings of grilled vegetables, sauces and filets.
