Named after the skewers its unique tapas are served on, Spike features food from all over the world. Deep red lighting and counters decorated with rose vases enhance Spike's ambiance, making it more special than the average Texan tavern. These are also the perfect conditions in which to get 'spiked', since Spike is also known for it's exceptional drinks. Start out with their Chicago 1951 Martini, then treat yourself to some wine served in their special bowl glasses the size of pitchers.
