Swagat serves both Northern and Southern Indian specialties. An all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is offered daily. The interior comprises white walls and colorful Indian art. Burgundy bow-back chairs and maroon carpeting complete the look. Standout dishes include the Andhra Fish Fry (spicy with onions and tomatoes), Tandoori Mixed Grill (chunks of chicken, lamb, lamb sausage and shrimp) and Vegetable Koorma (with peas, carrots, onions, green beans and potatoes in a thick yogurt nut sauce).
