Chef Teiichi Sakurai prepares foods with stunning presentation and an imaginative mix of flavors, textures and temperatures. A contemporary Japanese theme is presented as Tokyo's popular wood grill bar transplanted in Dallas. The ambiance is traditional Japanese from the service to the food.
