A popular neighborhood bistro, Toulouse serves Belgium-French fare in a lively atmosphere reminiscent of European sidewalk bistros and cafes. The decor is classic Parisian cafe – in a few words simple and elegant. Menu favorites include the mussels in any of the 5 preparations offered, a particular crowd pleaser are the steamed mussels in white wine. Other adored items include the braised short ribs and the pomme frites. Weekend brunch serves up classics like Belgium waffles and French toast, but offer innovative dishes like duck hash as well.
