This colorful Mexican chain restaurant is just plain fun. Start with a large order of nachos or a bowl of tangy queso cheese dip. The Austin-style Tex-Mex food is served in large portions with three fat, overstuffed enchiladas taking up most of a large plate. Charro beans accompany entrees and are well seasoned with ham and just-right spices. While waiting for meals, diners can watch a machine turn out mouth-watering, steaming-hot flour tortillas that are taken directly to the table.
