A collection of fine wines, art and contemporary style create a simple monument to 18th century French philosopher and author Voltaire. The four dining rooms are knitted together with intertwining elements of wood and burnished chrome fixtures, while the interior of each room features unique, distinctive elements to set it apart from the others. Menu selections feature fresh vegetables, meats and herbs. Appetizer choices include tempura-battered lobster with grilled asparagus tips and assorted vegetables. Dinner options are equally impressive with selections such as Chinese herb roasted chicken with rosemary sauce, Beef tenderloin, and Beef medallions situated next to a scallion potato cake drenched in black truffle sauce.
