Owner Tetsuji Yamaguchi is noted for his artistry with raw seafood-seats. The bar fill up quickly when he is the sushi chef. While Yamaguchi's entices the upscale Dallas nightlife, many regulars dine here at lunch as well. Yamaguchi offers the fabulous Inside Out Caterpillar Roll (eel and avocado), Chernobyl Roll (six stars for heat) and Dragon Lady Roll (fresh tuna doused in chille paste). Evening entrees include the Pan-Seared Salmon in ginger lime sauce and Roast Duckling in brandy-soy sauce.
