A well-established local favourite, there are several branches of Cooper's, including one across the road from the Royal Dublin Society and one on Leeson Street in the city-centre. "Global cuisine" is the stated style of food, with menu items such as seared tuna with pineapple salsa or fresh tagliatelle with spinach and goat's cheese.
