Known for short as "GBH", this traditional restaurant is located in the heart of Temple Bar. Visitors come here to enjoy local traditional cuisine - the favourite being the cheap, yet filling boxty: the best potato pancakes money can buy. While this may only be tentatively called "local cuisine" (many Dubliners would be hard pressed to tell you what boxty is or the last time they had it, it's still a popular restaurant and comes recommended.
