If you're a health-food junkie or a sworn vegetarian, this is the place for you. Vegetarian? You'll be surprised. Juice serves distinctly funky vegetarian cuisine, in a large, airy dining room, complete with stainless steel and dark wine-colored walls. Popular menu items include spinach and ricotta cheese cannelloni, or a platter of home-made dips and pestos, including butter-bean and olive paté and spinach, as well as pistachio pesto.
