One Pico is known locally as a great place for thoroughly modern Irish cooking. It's all at the hands of chef Eamon O'Reilly who really knows how to combine simple ingredients in terrific ways. The food is where One Pico shines. It's fusion cooking and very tasty. Peppered lamb with piperade, foie-gras and duck rillette with toasted brioche, or lemon sole with gem lettuce are just some of the tempting options. Well worth the trip. Review © 2009, Wcities |
