Occupying the ground floor of the Merrion Hotel, Patrick Guilbaud's restaurant is one of the most exclusive dining rooms in Dublin. Located in what originally was an 18th-century Georgian townhouse and featuring a variety of original works by established Irish artists, Guilbaud is tastefully furnished, sophisticated and expensive.
