Formerly St Andrew's Church, this temple also serves as a general community center for Hindus; Diwali and all other Hindu festivals are celebrated here, and it is hoped that a permanent center of arts and culture will be established on the premises within a year or so. Meanwhile, other arts activities, such as traditional dancing, are already held here.
